Her Side

Teirza Chiley-Neerja is a princess of Spargus. She's a very lonely girl, raised to become a true queen. She doesn't have many friends, nor does she know how to socialize much. But she's a very kind girl, very patient and friendly... However she feels alienated when people see her as a princess instead of her own individual self.

When Syrus, the current Sandking, paid a visit to his friend Jonas Veers in Haven City, Teirza met Aitrus for the first time. This sheltered but very kind and happy boy became fast friends with the princess, treating her as an equal instead of raising her to a princess' image. Teirza and Aitrus enjoyed spending time with each other very much when they could... Aitrus even helped teach her how to see the silver lining in anything and everything!

However, it was hard for her to see the silver lining when they were apart. She was sad whenever they had to go back home. Once, when Aitrus visited her palace home with his family, he and Teirza talked about this very topic, and Teirza told him how she imagined she could see him across the sea, hoping he'd come back soon.

That night, out on a balcony, Teirza couldn't hold her heart back any longer and, not knowing how to properly express her feelings, did the best she could. She told Aitrus how much she liked him, enough that she'd never dance with any other boy, and threw her feelings into a kiss. Aitrus felt a burst of emotions himself, and returned her feelings, coming to like her just as much... Then, he fainted. <_<

When he came to, and they both dwelt over it into the next day, Aitrus promised her that when they are older and able to see each other more, he wanted to be her boyfriend. Of course, he fantasized how much he wanted to be her knight, and he was so happy for the two of them. Teirza couldn't hold back any tears of confusion or absolute happiness. Ah, kids and their young love... Teirza watches out to the sea and dreams of seeing him again real soon.

An unusual piece, kinda didn't know what I was doing at first but it just came to me! XD; Tried a different style sorta, a messy, daydreamy ish kinda picture. Sort of incomplete, didn't make as much detail into things I usually do to get this kind of feeling. Coloring all the lines to fit the colors surrounding them like I usually do gets a different lool. Gets that daydream effect when there's no real border to the picture neh...? Anyways, it was fun. Pose inspired by an anime portrait that, currently, I have no idea where from.
